With decades of experience in residential construction, David brings deep craftsmanship, sharp problem-solving, and a commitment to doing things right. He’s a hands-on contractor and carpenter who’s seen and built it all, from structural framing to fine finishes. David leads all on-site work, coordinating trades, overseeing details, and ensuring every part of the project is built to the highest standard.
Clients appreciate his calm, grounded presence and his ability to make even complex builds run smoothly without the overwhelm.

While he doesn't always cross paths with the design side, David’s favourite projects are the ones he gets to tackle alongside Tiare, where the vision and execution are seamlessly connected from the ground up.
