FAIRWAY RETREAT

A complete reimagining of a 1990s home designed to feel classic, comfortable, and lived-in.
This was a full-scale design overhaul from layout and finish selections to lighting and furnishings, to soften the dated architecture and create warmth and flow. We provided the full design direction & the build was completed by another contractor. The finished home now carries a grounded, enduring character with layers of texture and familiarity that make it feel instantly welcoming.

PROJECT GROVE

A full interior transformation blending traditional charm with contemporary refinement.
We vaulted the ceiling to open up each of the spaces and reconfigured two bathrooms, reversing their layout to create a spacious ensuite with improved functionality. Every surface was renewed, including new flooring, trim, doors, paint, and lighting, along with updated windows to maximize natural light. The result is a bright, cohesive home that balances timeless detail with modern comfort.

TIDEHAUS HOME

This full-home transformation brings a fresh, coastal feel throughout. Natural light floods the interiors through angled skylights and oversized windows, while a soft, neutral palette, wide plank flooring, and brushed gold accents add warmth and refinement. The result is a bright, airy space that’s as comfortable as it is elevated.

CRANLEY
CONTEMPORARY

We accomplished a brand new bottom floor renovation for our clients by removing most walls & creating an open concept space. By mixing contemporary finishings with touches of classic elements this South Surrey home is comfortable and inviting.

HAZELMERE
FARMHOUSE

This full renovation brought the whole house down to the studs. From brand new flooring, vaulted ceilings, custom cabinetry and everything in between, this was one of our biggest undertakings.

JOYCE STREET
ENSUITE

A magical transformation from a dark and dated bathroom to a gorgeous ensuite. The brushed metal light fixtures, neutral colour palette and skylights brightened the room up while the freestanding soaker bath tub and quartz countertops were the finishing touches to create this luxurious space. 

PENTHOUSE

This penthouse renovation exudes sleek, contemporary luxury in the heart of the city. Floor to ceiling windows frame stunning skyline views, while the open concept layout emphasizes clean lines and purposeful design. The kitchen features a striking white island with subtle veining, complemented by minimalist cabinetry and top of the line appliances. In the bathroom, oversized grey tiles and brushed gold fixtures create a refined, spa inspired retreat. Every element is carefully selected to combine elegance and functionality, making this penthouse a sophisticated urban haven.
